Rotary Mechanical Smartphone, blending modern day technology with the past

With the world crowded with mobile-phone technology, gone are the days of the rotary phone that our elders might have probably bragged about in the good old days.

In an effort to combine the past with the present, designer Richard Clarkson came up with the Rotary Mechanical Smartphone, a smartphone that uses a rotary dialing system.

Perfectly blending together manual mechanical concepts with present day technology, this one uses two interchangeable brass dials, a true rotary dial and a button dial.

Using electroplated copper for the body, this one is an authentic replica of what rotary dialing systems looked like way back then. A true technological marvel, this one seems too good to be used like a regular smartphone, and deserves a place of worship of its own!
