Chanel sued for a jammed diamond ring

Trying on a finger ring supposedly can be an emotionally traumatic experience for some. So much so that Brooklyn native Rosy Gindi is suing design house Chanel in Supreme Court. She tried on their $10,000 finger ring and was not able to take it off. After a tug of war between her and the store employees, she had to be rushed to the emergency room, where the doctors were successfully able to pry it off her fingers without cutting the ring. She and her lawyer have not specified the amount of damages. Guess the embarrassment of this whole situation was a little too much for her to bear.
